Weekly meal plan for the week of July 13th

Indian Meal Plan

  • Tuesday: Vegetable Diwani Handi: An amalgamation of veggies in a vessel called handi and simmered with spices and melded with aromatics, onions, etc. A sure try. Served with two rotis. (GF, Veg, Vegan) $18

  • Wednesday: Shorshe Paneer: A Bengali delicacy made with paneer, mustard oil, spices, cashews and other nuts and then steamed. Requires technique and is healthy. Served with two rotis. (GF, Veg)$20
  • Thursday: Soya Tikka Masala: Soy nuggets marinated in tikka spices and then simmered in tikka masala made with a lot of veggies and some cashews. Your gut and taste buds will thank you. Served with two rotis (GF, Veg) $16
  • Friday: Chicken Chapali Kabab: A kebab that is made with minced chicken and spices, then seared on a skillet. Served with a side salad and raita. (GF, Non-Veg) $22

Universal Meal Plan

  • Tuesday: Greek Cauliflower Bowls: Brown Rice, Cauliflower marinated with Mediterranean flavors added with grilled chickpeas, peppers, onions, etc. $20

  • Wednesday: Oats curated paneer with sesame seeds. Served with a salad and dipping sauce (GF, Veg) $20
  • Thursday: Thai cashew chicken. Served with rice. (GF, Non-Veg) $22
  • Friday: Veg okonomiyaki: A japanese pancake made with veggies and soy sauce, rice noodles are also in the mix with some flour. (Can be made GF, Veg, Vegan) $20
